Man setting a liquid roof

Liquid roofs

Liquid roof systems have developed into excellent products for your roofs. High performance moisture cured coatings are strong, flexible and durable. They are applied cold so any major health and safety risks are removed.

Liquid roofing can be applied to most substrates, including asphalt, felt, asbestos, steel and single layer membranes. The system is very versatile and reduces the cost of removal and disposal of the old roof. This makes for an environmentally friendly roof, whilst also cutting the time it takes to install.

Liquid roofing is extremely flexible and can be moulded to any shape and form, providing a seamless seal. The roofing is vapour permeable, allowing the substrate to breathe, whilst being completely waterproof.

Pitched roof on a residential building

Pitched roof

A pitched roof, or lean-to roof, is a structure where the roof leans to one side of a building. The rafters are connected to the highest wall. The roof is then inclined to a lower wall forming the pitched roof.

Man fitting a single ply roof

Single ply roofs

Single ply technology gives high performance and excellent appearance, whether used for a new or refurbished roof. Single ply membranes are strong, flexible sheets composed predominately of synthetic polymer. They are sealed at joints to form continuous waterproofing. When combined with insulation and continuous support they form complete, durable roof systems.
